Returns & exchanges

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Returned item must be in the original, unused condition it was received, including the packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless the reason is due to our error (i.e., sending the wrong item). We will send a refund/exchange (minus shipping costs) as soon as we receive the returned item. Returned items that show any signs of damage or use may be refused.

Orders sent within the US are not considered 'lost' unless 3 weeks have passed without delivery. International is 8 weeks. I will send you a refund/replacement only after those time frames have passed and your package has not shown up.

If your order hasn't arrived, you have 4 weeks to contact me (for US addresses) and 8 weeks to contact me (for international addresses) from ship date. I will not issue refunds or replacements for orders past those times.
Custom items, digital items and final sale items cannot be returned.


Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible, ideally within the first 48 hours after purchase. They are not accepted once your package has gone out. If that happens, you will need to undergo the returns process listed above.


Buyers are responsible for providing a valid and up to date mailing address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, old addresses, typos etc. If you provide an incorrect address, we will have to re-bill you for additional shipping charges. Please save everyone the headache and double check your address before hitting 'submit order!'

Orders are shipped out roughly once a week, Monday-Friday. US orders typically take 2-10 business days to transit, and international can range anywhere between 1-8 weeks depending on customs. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. We do not accommodate rush order requests.
Any customs charges that you may receive for your package if you are outside of the United States are your responsibility.
