Returns & exchanges

If you wish to make a return or exchange:
  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Returned item must be in the original, unused condition it was received, including the packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless the reason is due to our error (i.e., sending the wrong item). We will send a refund/exchange (minus shipping costs) as soon as we receive the returned item. Returned items that show any signs of damage or use may be refused.
Custom items, digital items and final sale items cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible, ideally within the first 48 hours after purchase. They are not accepted once your order has been shipped. If that happens, you will need to undergo the returns process listed above.

Shipping

Shipping times:
Orders are shipped out roughly once a week, Monday-Friday. US orders typically take 2-8 business days to transit, and international can range anywhere between 1-8 weeks depending on customs. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.
Rush orders:
We do not accommodate rush order requests or delivery deadlines. You may select a faster shipping method during checkout, however this is for shipping speed only - it does not put your order at the front of our queue. If you are unsure whether your order will arrive by a certain date, please email to ask.
Tracking:
All orders (with the exception of sticker orders) will come with tracking, which you will be emailed when your order ships out.
VAT/Customs:
This store is not registered to collect VAT/GST. Any customs charges that you may receive if you are outside of the United States are your responsibility. If you wish to order with pre-paid customs, please purchase through my Etsy shop.
Addresses:
Buyers are responsible for providing a valid and up to date mailing address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, old addresses, typos etc. If you provide an incorrect address, you will be re-billed for additional shipping charges. Please save everyone the headache and double check your address before hitting 'submit order!'
Lost/damaged orders:
  • Orders sent within the US are not considered 'lost' unless 3 weeks have passed without delivery. International is 8 weeks. We will issue a refund/replacement only after those time frames have passed and your package has not shown up.
  • If your order hasn't arrived, you have 4 weeks to contact me (for US addresses) and 8 weeks to contact me (for international addresses) from ship date. We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders past those times.
