Where do you ship out from?
When will my order ship out?
While shipping schedules change weekly, we aim to ship out orders once a week. You will beĀ sent a shipping confirmation email with tracking (for most orders) from White Squirrel when your package goes out.
What is the best way to contact you?
The best way to contact me is through the contact form or by emailing me at thecreepingmoon @ gmail . com. If your question is about an open order, please make sure your order number is included in your message. Please note that I prefer to not use DMs on social media, nor do I monitor those inboxes regularly.
Can I customize an item (different size, color etc.)?
Can you rush my order?
We cannot accommodate rush orders, sorry! You may upgrade shipping during checkout but this is for shipping speed only, it does not put your order at the front of our queue - all orders will be shipped in the order they were received.
Can I add something to my order?
Yes! If you wish to add more items to your order, please email me as soon as possible with your order number and the item(s) you would like to add. It is much easier on our end to simply add something to an existing order than to combine two orders. Please note that your order will be put on hold until the remaining balance is paid for the additional item(s).
Oh no! You're sold out of _____! Will you have more?
Most of the time, if something is sold out I'm in the process of restocking. This can oftentimes take weeks or even months depending on the item. If somethingĀ is going to be restocked, there will be a restock notification sign-up on the listing page. If something is discontinuing, I will try to mention this in the listing.
I'm an international buyer. Is VAT/GST/etc. included in my purchase?
This store is not registered to collect VAT/GST. Buyers outside of the United States may be charged import fees when your package arrives in your country, which you are responsible for. If you would like to pre-pay VAT upfront,Ā pleaseĀ visit my Etsy shop.
Can I get this tattooed on me? Tattoo commissions?
I allow tattoos of my existing artwork - you do not have to email me for permission. My only requirement is that both you and the tattoo artist credit me whenever posting on social media (tag @thecreepingmoon).
However,Ā keep in mind that your tattooer is an artist, not a printer. My style may be different than theirs - therefore what you see in their portfolio will be more indicative of the final product. Because of this, I would actually recommend finding an artist who's style you like and commissioning a custom design from them, as opposed to using one of my designs.

Are any previous editions from the tarot/oracle deck for sale? Will you be making any revisions to the deck for future editions?
Sorry, no! I don't keep previous editions on hand. Once they're gone they're gone.
I am not planning on making any more artwork revisions to the deck. This includes borderless/pip-less/etc versions. I'd much rather spend that time and energy making new things! Thanks for understanding.
Do you do collaborations with influencers/tarot readers in exchange for reviews?
